     Surprise, surprise, surprise!!!  We got a letter from Carson today!  In my last letter I asked Carson to write a nice Christmas letter to the ward.  And then today...this is what I got in my email box!  (I couldn't figure out how to make it show up in just one screen.)

     So I was curious what it was that he was writing in swahili and decided to put it into the google translate and see what happened.

This is what I typed in:

sasa hii ni ushahuda wangu najua kwamba hii injili ni kwelina na yesu kristo ni mwona wa mungu. Na pia mungu ni baba yetu.  Anapenda na anajua sisi soyote.  Najua kanisa la yesu kristo la watakataifu wa siku zamwisho ni kweli sana. Na uko miss sana nyinyi wote.  Nakupenda saa pia nata ona nyinyi tena bradaye.  Na sema yota katicha jina la yesu kristo.  Amina.

And this is what it translated into:
