Finally, we get another letter from Carson.

Well it is good to hear from you guys. well today we went to the beach as a zone and played some volleyball and soccer and also chilled on the beach. that was alot of fun but... i forgot my camera so i was unable to take pictures of the indian ocean. but there will be other days. and i will see if i can go a get some of the pictures that we took.    Sounds like he's really working hard...hmmmm.

The swahili is somewhat coming, it is really wierd they have a whole lot of nouns classes and a bunch of different greetings but i'm working on it and having alot of fun.

I can just see him now...Hakuna Matata!!  (which is actually a real swahili word...I always thought they just made that up for the song in the movie!)

Carrying on with his letter:
thank you guys alot for caring and telling me alot about home and the adventures you guys are having. i just about had to leave the cycber because of your story about dad falling in the lake because i was laughing so hard that i apparently was disturbing  some people but whatever. (We were at Grandpa's house helping him fence off a corner of the lake.  Both Ken and I were wearing hip waders at the time because of course the fence goes right through the water.  Ken slipped on some neon blue algae and splash!  Once he was dried off we continued on with our day of service and cut a big stack of wood for Grandma.  So much fun!!!)

good to hear from you Ashlee. How is school going? Over hear they are about to get off a school!!? Ya they start in January and end Oct.

I asked him about his schedule:

We sent him a package the day after he flew out of Calgary and he still hasn't got it...

I sent him the picture of the fluffy humid bunny I found for the last post and this is what he said:
Ya that pictures does look like me doesn't. ya but people are telling me ooo this is only spring wait until december to march your going to be sweating you but off. and i'm just like... WHAT!!!
But thanks i really enjoy hear from you guys and up to hear from you guys again next week until we Email again see you.

Elder Williams.

AT least he didn't mention anything more about flying snakes.  I had to ask one of the doctors that I work with who happens to come from South Africa if there really is such a thing.  One of the other nurses overheard our conversation and said "Yes...there is such a thing...they are called DRAGONS!"  Great...now I have to worry about him being attacked by Dragons.
