     Oops...the week kind of got away from me and I'm posting this letter one week late.  Sorry.  These are some pictures we sent to Carson from our week.

Ashlee's grade 7 volleyball team won first place at the Westwind school tournament!

Halloween 2014!  Ashlee went as an Indian.  She would not stand still for one "normal" picture!  So here she is...in  all her weirdness!!

Not much this week has happened

Worked Tues-Fri. Then the funny began

Saturday watched two sessions of Conference (In swahili) Then went and played soccer with the branch lots of fun

Sunday same thing watched conference then went home and borrowed the dvds and used them for us to watch so so far i have only watched 1 session in English. but it was very nice i enjoyed but other than that not much is going on This is the last week of the transfer so ya lots of fun will be happening.

But love you lots Hope all is well talk more next week

Hi Carson.  Good to hear from you this morning.  We have been trying to find out if Taylor is taller than Kaylee, but every time we try to measure...Kaylee suddenly gets the "bends" and hunches over and walks away.  So maybe...

Is it easier to listen to conference in swahili or english?  Which do you prefer?  

Any big plans today?

That's funny!  Taylor was just talking about that last night.  She and Ashlee were thinking that Taylor will be tallest, then you, then Ashlee, then Kaylee  Then they giggled.  It was kind of cute.

How is the missionary work coming?  Any new investigators?  Any one else close to baptism?

We were filling up packages for you last night...Ashlee wanted to know if you ever got those fizz candies.  Did you like them and would you like more?  Any thing else you need?  I was wondering if we should send a small bag of powdered milk since it sounds like milk is a bit expensive.  We were going to send some hamburger helper...but it needs milk.  Any thoughts?

What has been your favorite talk from conference so far?

Oh ya we did haha i really don't like those but these other guys ate them and enjoyed they started a choir with them. They would all take a big hand fun and then wait and then each one would open the mouths and it would be like a choir of these funny fizze stuff going on in there mouths ah no milk is fine don't worry about that.,  all is well don't worry what ever u feel to send send it and well enjoy

Did they all froth at the mouth?  I never did like those...they were like a mouthful of baking soda!

What is weens osdious?   I'll have to read it over and remember.

So when you talked about this being the last week of transfer...do you have some idea of what's happening next week?

What about ebola?  Have they given you any advice on how to stay away from it?  I have to go to another inservice this morning about how to properly "don" and "doff" my gown/gloves/mask and other personal protective equipment.  Bleh

No nothing whats so ever. ya lots don't touch any body with Ebola or anyone who has died, and something about downing something with your hands i think wash them ever once and awhile or something. Fun fun fun

WASH YOUR HANDS ALL THE TIME!!!   I'm sure that's what they said!  And NO direct contact!  Remember that...it's important!  I keep worrying about what will happen over the next few months.  The fear and hysteria from the media frenzy over here is kind of ridiculous.  They are trying to force quarantines for people who have been over to West Africa.  I worry that once your mission is over...they'll not let you back into the country cause you've been to Africa.  I hope it starts getting resolved quickly.  How are the people reacting to this over in your part of Africa?  Any mass hysteria?

Nope nothing every body is pretty chill over here. But that will be very bogus because i am in East africa and nothing of that stupid crape has hit this side. Stupid people i ll blast if that crape is tried and brought on me for sure.,..

Well, I guess it's pretty premature to worry about it now.

Anything else going on this week?  Are you going to send me a new picture of you next week?  Or am I going to post a picture of Captain Canada in the Welling Missionary Corner?

Not sure what else to ask you.  My brain is still a little tired this morning.  What was the best thing, worst thing and funniest things that happened to you this week?

Funniest was trying to get the dvd from bevans he was like u need to get pres permission and crape like that. And i just about told  him i have permission from him his wife and his dog please give me these general conference dvds. But i didn't

Why would you need permission to get conference dvds? Doesn't it seem obvious that you would need to watch them?   That's kinda funny though.  

Does the mission pres have a dog over there?  (sorry...still tired)

Maybe you'll have to sign up for indoor soccer with taylor when you get back.  We were watching the old men practice after her game on Saturday.  I think you could take them.  Some of those guys have beards as long as the duck dynasty dudes.

Well Carson...I guess I should get going.  It's almost time for scriptures and prayer and then I have to be at work this morning.  It's been windy all night so I'm sure that slushy snow yesterday is now sheer ice.  I really hate this time of year when we have to start winter driving.  

But I so enjoy chatting with you and I hate to leave.  Any big plans today except conference?  How are your clothes holding out?  Have you been able to get new shirts or pants over there yet?  Are your shoes still in one piece?  I saw you had a new tie in your zone conf picture.  It was awesome.  Dad still wears your tie that you left here.  It's kind of fun to see him wear it...makes me think of you.  Love you.

Um ya all is well we don't have really any big plans but don't worry all is well.

New pants yes but shirts are alittle hard to find. Ya my shoes are fine on the outside but the inside i can say DEAD!! hey that awesome ya i will be wanting that back when i get home actually no i wont i have more ties here that are way better and cooler. But ya love you too

and good luck with all of that. Apparently some girls got up late and missed scriptures study so some of there privileges have been revoked.

How did you hear about the revoked privileges?  Even I haven't heard the full story of that.

Sorry about the shoes...can you find some others over there?  You really want to be taking care of your feet!

Dad says it didn't work very well cause they are still slow coming up here.  Even now there's only two out of the three up here.

Yikes dad for sure u are right but u saying it doesn't make it go faster so ya the time will come not soon and not later... but oh well sounds like all is going wel and yes for sure i would enjoy that wain right hunting ah these next 10 months will be like watching paint dry....

Oh well though... For sure do that and we the williams will enjoy for sure but i don't know how well my shot will be...

ya for sure that sounds all good and awesome. For me all is well this side just going through the motions and enjoying for sure. having fun with the members but they all have some kind of problem. Drunkies Beating their wives and just thinking stupid thinks for sure this is an interesting area. But over all it is great. not much to complain about but this stupid three some needs to end though.

P.s sounds like u have some nice curly hair mom must be enjoying.
